Father’s Day Celebration at C3 Church Cheltenham – 15 June 2025

Join us at C3 Church Cheltenham on Sunday, 15 June 2025, at 10:30 AM as we celebrate the fathers and father figures who shape our lives. This special service will include heartfelt words of appreciation, meaningful gifts, and a photobooth to capture moments with loved ones.

After the service, stay for a delicious BBQ and enjoy great food, conversation, and fellowship with our community. Whether you're a dad, grandad, mentor, or simply want to honour those who have guided you, everyone is welcome to take part in this day of gratitude.

Experience a warm, faith-filled gathering and celebrate the incredible men who make a difference. We look forward to welcoming you!

After the service, we invite you to join us for a Bring & Share BBQ! Please bring meat for the grill, along with any sides or desserts you might like to share—enough to feed yourself and a little extra to bless someone who may not have come prepared. It's a great opportunity to enjoy good food, relax, and connect with others in a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

Supporting Gloucester City Mission This Father’s Day

As part of our Father’s Day celebration at C3 Church Cheltenham, we are excited to give back to the community by supporting a local charity. We believe this day is not only about honouring father figures but also provides an opportunity for our church to show generosity and care to those in need.

This year, we will be supporting Gloucester City Mission. Gloucester City Mission is a faith-based charity dedicated to supporting the homeless and vulnerable in Gloucester. Since 2003, they have provided essential services such as food, clothing, toiletries, and advice to those in need. Their outreach teams work tirelessly to offer shelter, hot meals, and friendship, helping individuals regain independence and dignity.

Please bring any donations on Father’s Day when there will be a table set up for collection which will be delivered the following day:

Creating Space for Remembrance:

Honouring lost loved ones this Father’s Day

We understand that Father's Day can bring a mix of emotions for different people. For some, it's a time of joy and celebration, honouring fathers and father figures. For others, it may bring feelings of grief, loss, or complicated relationships.

As we planned this weekend, we felt God’s guidance to acknowledge and support those who may feel overlooked or find this day difficult. We believe that God is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). His love and compassion extend to those longing to be fathers, those mourning loved ones, and anyone experiencing strained relationships.

To honour and remember lost fathers and other significant men in our lives, we will have a memorial space where you can leave a tribute. Additionally, there will be an opportunity for prayer ministry at the end of the service for anyone seeking comfort and support.
