Come and join Kath for the C3 online bake off.
For this event Kath will be guiding us through baking Peanut Butter Blondies
INGREDIENTS:
200g white chocolate roughly chopped
50g salted peanuts roughly chopped
200g peanut butter
150g caster sugar
3 eggs lightly beaten
100g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
Oven on at 180c (160c fan)
20cm x 20cm tin, oiled and lined
